Fat Ass
I am hoping to lose some weight. Well, SOME weight is putting it mildly.
I am 5' 1/2" tall. When I looked up how much I should weigh, it says between 103 and 115 pounds. WHAT THE HELL?? That just sounds REALLY skinny. There is no way I can get down to that and not really sure if I want to.
I would like to get to a healthy size. My back is in terrible shape, I have no energy and am missing out on a lot with my kids. I am embarrassed about my size and I know I must embarrass my kids. I do not want them to be made fun of because of me. Kinda late to be thinking about that, huh?
So, I decided I want to lose weight. Bubba is kinda behind me about my decision. I really wanted a recumbent bike, so he bought me this:

and he put it together last night. He does not think I am going to stick with it, but says if it is what I want then go for it.
I thought, well I will start out at 5 miles a day and work up to maybe 20 miles a day when I get use to it.
I must be delusional. Have to of lost my freaking mind, what was left of it, that is.
I got on it last night and made it to half a mile. That's right, you heard, well read, correctly.
HALF A DAMN MILE.
My heart rate was up in the 150's and I was so out of breath. My legs hurt when I got off and tried to come downstairs.
I made myself do another half a mile.
Today I have only done a half a mile.
I think I need to rethink my 5 miles a day plan. This is going to take me for-freaking-ever to lose this weight.
But, I will do it. Please, I am begging the weight-loss gods, LET ME DO THIS.
I bought a scale and have not weighed as much as I do now in my life. I was SHOCKED.
My goal, ladies and gentlemen, is to lose 92 pounds.
Get your damn jaw up off the floor! You all knew I was such a fat ass! This should be no surprise.
I am not going to say my weight until I get closer to my goal. Lets just leave it at that still will not put me at that weight they say I should be.
Please send me get-off-your-fat-ass-and-ride-that-damn-bike-you-forced-your-hubby-to-buy vibes
